By using Camerapixo.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. All published photographs, images and photo descriptions within a photographers's gallery and profile belong to their respective copyright owners. Camerapixo.com has no ownership or interest in the copyright owned content except for the electronic rights to allow for archiving, holding, displaying said property for the owner, with their consent. Camerapixo will never share personal information or any photographic or copyright protected materials to any third party. Camerapixo promotes your photography.

Camerapixo reserves the right, which is granted by the copyright owner through use of camerapixo.com, to share links, share images and member galleries for promotional purposes and in social networking and marketing to promote the photographer and the camerapixo publications. Camerapixo will never claim any photographers's material as that owned by camerapixo.com.

Camerapixo.com has no responsibility for content on other websites that you may find when using our website or services.

PLEASE NOTE: Camerapixo is not liable for any personal life actions and choices of published photographer. Our magazine promotes and publishes photographers and their work from many different countries. However any notice to Camerapixo of unprofessional or unethical behavior by a photographer will result in loss of membership. Any rights and privileges granted to Bearer (Camerapixo member) shall automatically terminate.


Photography Profile and Publishing Photos

By creating a Profile on Camerapixo.com website you hereby consent and authorize Camerapixo.com to publish in digital and print format, the photographs taken by you and sent to the publishers of the Camerapixo  for use in the Camerapixo magazine/book and website, without any monetary compensation. 

You attest that you have full authorization to consent to publication of these photos.

After publication in Camerapixo photography magazine, you agree to, at your convenience, place general information and links to Camerapixo photography magazine on your blog and social networking sites.

You remain the owner of all rights to submitted photographs, including all copyrights, and exif data will remain intact in the images file.

You understand that this is for advertising and promoting your photography work. 

You understand that Camerapixo is promoting photographers and photography on many platforms, websites, and social media networks, and you grant the right to use these photographs in the Camerapixo magazine, Camerapixo website, Camerapixo promotional materials in digital and print format.

IMPORTANT NOTEIf you do not upload (after 15 days from the day you join our membership) your profile photo (self-portrat) and basic information such as: website, social links, specialize in. country, we will not display your profile on our website even if you paid for Camerapixo membership. We care about quality of our services and information we present to our viewers or readers online.


Photographer's actual photo in profile required

We value authenticity and honesty therefore we appreciate presenting real people on our website. Displaying actual photo of photographer will be of benefit to you in case a potential employer or project customer views their profile. First impression creates trust and we all agree that it is one of the most wanted qualities of a photographer. Important Note: in case where avatar other than your self-portrait will be displayed, your profile will be on hold and not visible to the public, so please keep that in mind.


Publishing and Copyrights

You are the owner of all rights to your photos, including all copyrights to all photos you submit for publication in Camerapixo photography magazines. Camerapixo is using your photos only by your permission. Camerapixo promotes photographers and photography on many platforms, websites, social media networks. Camerapixo has all rights to use photographs published in the magazine to promote their authors (photographers) in any format. 

NOTE: All photographs published in the Camerapixo magazine and online, have been permitted by the author to be published and are protected under international copyright law. It is forbidden to copy them or resend in any other form without written permission. All trademarks, graphic designs, logos, names and other data published in the magazine are protected copyright and belong to their owners. The Editors will not refund any materials not requested to be refunded, and keep the right to change it in any way for the purpose of Camerapixo magazine. Camerapixo editors are not responsible for any commercial texts


Liability

Camerapixo does not take any responsibility and is not liable for any damage caused by technical difficulties such as servers troubleshooting on this website, be it indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business, loss of profits, interruption or the like). If you have any questions regarding the terms of use outlined here, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Rest assured that in case of any technical difficulties on Camerapixo website, our team will immediately work on fixing the problem and get you up and running as soon as possible.

Camerapixo.com may offer certain third party products and services. Such products and services may be subject to the terms and conditions of the third party provider. Discounts, promotions and special third party offers may be subject to additional restrictions and limitations by the third party provider. You should confirm the terms of any purchase and the use of goods or services with the specific third party provider with whom you are dealing.


Privacy Policy

Camerapixo.com is managed and operated by Artur J. Heller and Anetta G. Heller. We are the leading digital publisher for photography magazines, eBooks, photography portfolios, albums connecting hundreds of thousands of photographers, readers across the world. 

The GDPR is a comprehensive European data protection law that provides significant data rights for individuals, including Camerapixo members. As always, Camerapixo takes a members-first approach in the way we create products and work with our members. Our products and services are in compliance with the GDPR by May 25th, 2018 and we have updated our member agreements to reflect GDPR requirements.

Camerapixo does not store any sensitive data, except email address, first  and last name. Email address is necessary for membership login and communication between Camerapixo and it's members.

All Camerapixo communication and newsletters with all published photographers (members) are strictly done via outside company Freshmail.com who is in compliance with GDPR: https://freshmail.com/freshmail-ready-for-gdpr/

If you have subscribed to the newsletter, Camerapixo stores your email address inside secure and private mailing system Freshmail.com. Camerapixo does not sell your information or emails to anyone. However, Camerapixo will show publicly available information to other users and may release other information to authorities where required by law. You have the right to unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime.

From May 25th 2018 Camerapixo.com does not contain or collect any data by Google Analytics.

Camerapixo takes matter of privacy seriously, and we never intend to sell or leak any of your private information. If you have any questions or suggestions regarding the privacy policy, please send us a message via our online contact form 

You may cancel your Camerapixo membership anytime by writing an email to us at: anetta.heller@hellerpublications.com. Your data will be removed from our database and newsletter system as well.
