By creating a Profile on Camerapixo.com website you hereby consent and authorize Camerapixo.com to publish in digital and print format, the photographs taken by you and sent to the publishers of the Camerapixo for use in the Camerapixo magazine/book and website, without any monetary compensation.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not upload (after 15 days from the day you join our membership) your profile photo (self-portrat) and basic information such as: website, social links, specialize in. country, we will not display your profile on our website even if you paid for Camerapixo membership. We care about quality of our services and information we present to our viewers or readers online.
We value authenticity and honesty therefore we appreciate presenting real people on our website. Displaying actual photo of photographer will be of benefit to you in case a potential employer or project customer views their profile. First impression creates trust and we all agree that it is one of the most wanted qualities of a photographer. Important Note: in case where avatar other than your self-portrait will be displayed, your profile will be on hold and not visible to the public, so please keep that in mind.
You are the owner of all rights to your photos, including all copyrights to all photos you submit for publication in Camerapixo photography magazines. Who May Access Personal Data; Personal Data Security?
Camerapixo takes due care to ensure that the types of data mentioned in this Policy are available only to administrators of Camerapixo who must have access to it for activities (e.g. support) to the benefit of the person who provided the data to Camerapixo or to whom the data otherwise relates. Camerapixo will never provide personal data to third parties without the awareness and agreement of the person to whom said data relates.
The personal data that Camerapixo acquires is stored on servers powered by Digital Ocean that are protected against unauthorized access. Sensitive portions of Camerapixo web pages may also be protected via a password defined by the member, who takes full responsibility for his or her behavior as regards password security and secure access to such protected areas.
Camerapixo cannot take responsibility for unauthorized access to personal data that occurs during data transfers made possible by security failures in non-Camerapixo software. Such data transfers may take place when data is being delivered outside the structure that is under the exclusive control of Camerapixo. Thus any person transferring personal data does so at their own risk.

However, Camerapixo will show publicly available information to other users and may release other information to authorities where required by law. From May 25th 2018 Camerapixo.com does not contain or collect any data by Google Analytics.
