Who issues Camerapixo Press ID Cards?

Your International Press ID Card is processed and shipped only by Camerapixo photography magazine. You may apply for Press ID Card on Camerapixo website in 3 easy steps and sending us email providing your information.


What is the cost for Camerapixo Press ID Card?

The price is 99.00 USD (Australia, Asia, Africa and South America 110.00 USD ) for one year and it includes worldwide standard shipping. If you require faster delivery there are additional charges. (If for some reason due to certain country laws, we can’t ship to your country, we will notify you before we start the process of your Press ID Card). The price includes full year of SUPPORT.


What are the requirements for obtaining Camerapixo Press ID Card?

You must be a photographer with equivalent photography experience, provide all required information, agree to the terms and conditions. You must have a fully working website (social) or blog where we can review your photography work. Failure to complete all of the ID Application requirements will result in the rejection of your application.


How long will the process take?

Process will take about 14 business days from the payment date. If you require faster delivery there are additional charges. During the time of your Press ID Cards processing you will receive (via e-mail) a DIGITAL PRESS eBook which contains a copy of Official Certificate of Accreditation, your Press ID Cards visualization (front and back) and Terms and Conditions. Original documents will be mailed with your Press ID Cards. If you live outside Europe the regular mail shipping time may vary.


Does Press Card come with Camerapixo Membership?

No. Press ID Card is a seaparate tool for freelance photographers. To get a Camerapixo membership you have to APPLY seaparately for it, which we highly recommend for future reference or when applying for accreditation to events. 


I lost my Camerapixo Press ID Card, can I get a duplicate?

If at any time you lost your Press card while it is still valid you may order a duplicate for additional charge  (the price includes standard worldwide shipping). Please click here to re-order your Press Cards


Can I return Camerapixo Press ID Card for refund?

Due to customized nature of the Camerapixo Press ID Card, refunds are not possible. If you have received your digital version of Press Card it is as valid as the printed ID Card. Please check all Terms and Conditions as well as submitted information before applying and purchase. There are exceptions only if you have paid but have not yet had your Press Card processed and have not yet received your digital version.


My International Press ID card expired! How can I renew it?

Please contact us and let us know that your card expired or it will expire soon. Please contact us via email. We will send you renewal application.

You can also DOWNLOAD renewal application which you will have to fill out and send back to us for a review. If you get approved we will send you link for the payment. After payment is done you will receive your updated Press ID Card. When will my Camerapixo Press ID Card expire?

Your Press ID Card will expire one year from the date of issue.


What is the cost of my Press ID Card renewal?

The annual price for renewal of Press ID Card is 98.00 USD (Australia, Asia, Africa and South America 109.00 USD) standard international shipping is included.


Do you offer special discounts for students and senior citizens?

That’s just it. We offer discount prices for students (18+, up to 26) and senior citizens (65+). Take $20.00 off the regular price. IMPORTANT NOTE about Camerapixo Membership and Press Card discount: Discounts may not be combined. Special Price for Publisher or Explorer Membership does not entitle to additional discount. In this case regular price for Press Card remains.


Do I have to accept all Terms and Conditions? Where can I find them?

Click on the following link to read all Terms and Conditions. To be able to use your International Press ID Card you will have to sign, that you agree to all Terms and Conditions.


Why Camerapixo does not accept all applicants?

Quite often we receive application from individuals who don’t have enough experience in photography. Camerapixo Press ID Card is a tool to gain experience in photojournalism not photography itself. We have all rights to refuse an application without any explanation.


Do you support a photographer to publish their photography work?

As a matter of fact we do. We encourage all Press Id holders to submit their work for publication in our dedicated PRESS issue and other photography publications we own.


When Camerapixo Press ID Card is issued to a photographer, does it mean a photographer works for Camerapixo magazine?

By issuing Camerapixo Press ID Card, Camerapixo magazine does not hire a photographer, nor it pays for photo reportage. Our magazine promotes and publishes photographers work.


How do I get accredited for event? Does Camerapixo support me?

Check the event website for PRESS information and accreditation services. Some events may require additional Letter of Accreditation from Publishers, which we can provide for you. Anytime you need additional support from Camerapixo just contact us. You may contact us for accreditation support anytime via email.

We will need the following:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Camerapixo does not register in any accreditation online services. Should you need any further assistance from Camerapixo editors, please contact us and we will contact the event organizer directly. As a Camerapixo Press ID Card holder, you are a freelance photojournalist and are responsible for any additional registration to any online accreditation services required by event organizer.


Press Card has been returned to us via mail

It happens on ocasion that the package with your Press Card returns to us. We will charge additional charges for shipping the package again (the fee is $10.00 USD for Europe and North America  and $15.00 USD for all other continents. We will email you with the details. There are few reasons why your package has returned:

  1. The address is not complete (it is imperative that you complete the application correctly), we ship your Press Card to the address provided on your application, unless otherwise requested by you.
  2. You have not picked up the package on time from your Post office.

NOTE: We will resend the package with Press Card (if it returns to us) after the payment for additional shipping is received.
